Precise temp control: It knows exactly how much heat to apply when, so your slices are crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside.
Five modes: It has special settings for sandwich bread, artisan bread, pizza, and pastry, plus an oven mode with three temps—350, 400, and 450 degrees.
