Against the grain.
Here’s something we wouldn’t mind receiving instead of a bottle of wine. Inspired by gin, this rice wine vinegar is brimming with botanical flavor. (There’s notes of juniper and lemon peel along with spicy peppercorn and coriander inside.) It’s an A+ addition to your dressings and marinades, of course—but we’re using it as a finishing sauce for our weekend roasts, too.
