Possibly one of the niftiest bar tools we've ever seen, this walnut bottle opener has a magnet to catch and hold your bottle caps. You mount it on a wall, pop off your bottle top, and the rare earth magnet within the wood grabs hold of your cap. This means you can easily clean up all the caps at once (it holds up to 70!)—and it gets more and more interesting looking as you accumulate tops.
